Quality Assuarance Supervisor
Ensuring syrup is prepared on time and as per the plan following the MMI.
Ensuring that proper quantities of sugar are used per batch
Carrying out cleaning and sanitation of syrup room equipment and the filler
Releasing syrups to the production line during production
Carry out maintenance of syrup room machines and equipments
Supervising of housekeeping of syrup room and sugar warehouse
Preparation of cleaning and sanitation solutions to the required concentrations
To carry out weekly microbiological test on the product line and critically assess the results.
To inspect and verify all incoming auxiliary and raw materials that are supplied to the process
To continuously monitor and assess housekeeping on the bottling hall and its periphery.
Ensure compliance as per company requirements (QMS, FSSC, OHSAS, EMS)
Any other responsibility assigned by the management
Qualifications Any Degree/Diploma in Engineering
