Role Purpose:
Support and implement the MEAL system across multiple projects and CO-level deliverables. Ensure high-quality data collection, analysis, learning, and accountability mechanisms aligned with Save the Children’s MEAL framework. Direct reporting line to Country Office MEAL Coordinator with dotted reporting to Regional Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Implement project-specific MEAL frameworks and routine data collection toolkits.
– Support data quality assessments, cleaning, and reporting.
– Facilitate adaptive learning and accountability mechanisms for community projects.
– Contribute to evidence-based reporting for ECD programs in Zanzibar.
