Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up on overdue loan accounts through calls, visits, and formal notices.
- Monitor and manage non-performing loans to improve recovery rates.
- Prepare reports on outstanding loans and recovery performance.
- Work closely with loan officers to track borrower behavior and reduce default risks.
- Maintain professional client engagement during recovery processes.
Job Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in loan recovery or debt collection.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging recovery cases.
