1. Position: Backend Developer (Java)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Java development.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java technologies.
• Implement RESTful APIs and web services for communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Integrate with external APIs and third-party services for data exchange and functionality enhancement.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to define and implement backend architecture and features.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) and SQL query optimization.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in esports or video game development is a plus.

2. Position: Frontend Developer with UI Design Skills

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in frontend development and UI/UX design.

Responsibilities:

• Develop user-friendly web applications with a focus on frontend functionality and user interface design.
• Implement responsive and interactive UI components using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs.
• Translate design mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve user interface designs.
•  Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in frontend development and UI/UX design.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and refine designs.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design fundamentals.
• Knowledge of responsive design techniques and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration workflows.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in esports or video game-related projects is desirable.

3. Position: Fullstack Developer

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in fullstack development.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, including both frontend and backend components.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to implement features and functionality aligned with project requirements.
• Build scalable and responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and libraries.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java or other relevant programming languages.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend application capabilities and functionality.  Implement authentication, authorization, and security measures to protect application data and resources.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards across frontend and backend codebases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Experience with backend development using Java, Spring framework, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.  Knowledge of database systems and SQL query optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with esports or video game-related projects is a plus.
