Job Summary
The M&E Officer will be responsible for implementing SOSCV M&E strategy, policy and practices in collaboration with the Head of MEAL, supporting project quality, data validity, and organizational learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Support M&E initiatives, monitoring data quality, and tracking results progress
- Facilitate Result Based Management (RBM) plans and update indicators
- Support staff in entering valid data into the Program Data Base (PDB)
- Design M&E tools, conduct field data collection, and assist in M&E reporting
- Document lessons learned and build staff M&E capacity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Statistics, Economics, or Development Studies
- 3 years of solid M&E experience in NGO settings
- Proficiency in Excel and statistical software
