RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are a fast-growing restaurant and specialty coffee cafe committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences and operating to high international professional standards. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly professional Restaurant Manager to lead our team, maintain world-class service quality, and drive overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and cafe to ensure compliance with international service and hygiene standards.

• Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff to foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.

• Manage inventory, stock ordering, supplier relationships, and operational budgets to maintain optimal profitability.

Requirements & Qualifications
