Job Description:
- Software installation and configuration for new customers.
- Perform data entry related tasks to ensure customer data is compiled correctly and imported accurately in the system.
- Train potential. new and existing customers about our system.
- Educate potential. new and existing customers about our system.
- Educate potential. new and existing customers on business best practices. Conduct remote and on-site system demos to potential customers.
- Encourage. advice and ensure existing customers are optimally using our software’s offering.
- Facilitate remote and on-site customer support to existing customers.
- Generate leads for our system in the field and online.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or Finance related.
- Sales experience.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles. Exceptional customer service skills.
- Understanding of basic IT skills.
- Female Candidates are Preferred
