Shift Production Supervisor – 2 Positions at Evolve People Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise shift production of mash and pelleted poultry feed and ensure effective shift handovers.
- Monitor batching, mixing, conditioning, pelleting, cooling, crumbling and packing to maximise yield and reduce waste.
- Control key process parameters such as moisture, temperature, particle size and pellet durability.
- Supervise raw material reception/offloading and finished-goods loading, documentation and FIFO practices.
- Lead shift operators and material-handling staff, manage staffing, training, discipline and safety performance.
- Coordinate with maintenance, stores, quality and production management; troubleshoot issues, investigate variances and prepare accurate shift reports
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in feed milling or food manufacturing.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role within a shift-based 24/7 production environment.
- Poultry feed production experience, particularly mash and pelleting, is highly preferred.
- Hands-on production, raw material handling and finished-goods logistics experience.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, production KPI, Excel/ERP and English communication skills.
