Overview:
Coordinate and allocate vehicles, supervise drivers, oversee vehicle/motorcycle maintenance and fuel management, and ensure safe, compliant transport operations for Jhpiego projects.

Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate daily vehicle allocation and driver scheduling.
– Oversee fuel card reconciliation, vendor credit accounts, and dashboard trackers.
– Ensure vehicle roadworthiness (insurance, registration, safety stickers under Tanzania law).
– Supervise, train, and evaluate drivers/lead drivers on transport SOPs.
– Manage vehicle accident reports, maintenance requisitions, and Cartrack GPS device violation reports.
– Conduct quarterly vehicle accessory and rental vendor safety checks.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Advanced Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
– 4–6 years experience in fleet management at a supervisory level.
– Valid driving license held for 4+ years with classes A, C1, C2, C3, D, E & G minimum.
– Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with fleet management software.
