On the results portal, locate the space provided to enter your KCSE index number. This unique identification number is crucial for accessing individual results.

Enter the candidate’s registered names as they appear on the examination registration. This information ensures accurate and personalized result retrieval.

It simply means the KNEC website server is down/overloaded with traffic.
