Sun King is hiring Area Business Managers across Tanzania. Lead direct sales networks, hire Energy Officers, and achieve solar product targets.
About the Role
The Area Business Manager will coordinate sales, collections and distribution operations for direct distribution of Sun King Solar products sold on Pay-As-You-Go basis through a network of Energy Officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and retain a team of at least 40 Energy Officers in assigned areas
- Provide role clarity, sales targets, route planning, and daily field supervision
- Conduct joint field work, night activations, market demos, and SACCO visits
- Exceed monthly sales and collection targets while maintaining high customer care standards
Qualifications
- Degree in Business-related field with at least 3 years’ hands-on sales experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong territory management and leadership skills
