Role Overview
Lead the operational function of a luxury collection of tented camps, lodges, destination management company (DMC), fleet, and logistics across Tanzania.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight of multi-site luxury camps, lodges, DMC, and supply chain operations
- Manage annual operating budgets, CAPEX, and financial margins
- Safeguard luxury guest experience standards and property presentation
- Lead local leadership development, community engagement, and conservation projects
Core Criteria
- Minimum 10 years’ leadership experience in hospitality or tourism (8+ in multi-site management)
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Finance
- Extensive experience in luxury safari or lodge operations in East Africa
