POSITION: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead financial strategy, planning & forecasting
- Drive profitability, cost optimization & growth
- Oversee accounting, reporting & compliance
- Manage cash flow, working capital & investments
- Strengthen internal controls and financial systems (ERP)
- Advise CEO on strategic decisions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Master’s is an added advantage)
- CPA / ACCA (Mandatory)
- 8–12+ years experience (at least 3–5 years in senior leadership)
- Strong experience in manufacturing / FMCG
- Proven leadership and strategic thinking
