Job Description:
Provide independent assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls across the branch network and corporate functions. Conduct control assessments, evaluate operational/compliance risks, monitor key control indicators, and drive risk management culture across the bank.

Qualifications & Knowledge:
– First Degree in Risk Management, Audit, or related discipline.
– 3 years experience in a Control/Audit environment.
– 3 years supervisory or managerial experience.
– In-depth knowledge of banking operating systems, branch processes, and control frameworks.
