Job Description:
Drive acquisition, growth, and retention of Personal & Private Banking (PPB) clients through reactive and proactive sales identification. Promote and cross-sell bank products including accounts, loans, investments, and digital platforms to achieve branch sales targets and deepen customer relationships.
Qualifications & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
– 3–4 years experience in direct sales, preferably in financial services.
– Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Competencies:
– Application & Submission Verification, Customer Acceptance, Product Knowledge (Consumer Banking).
– Convincing people, seizing opportunities, taking action, and client relationship management.
