Job Description:
The Program Officer will support the implementation of the Strengthening Zanzibar’s Multisectoral ECD Program through Quality, Equitable and Community-Based Nurturing Care Services for Children Aged 0-3 Years Project across targeted districts in Zanzibar.

Key Responsibilities:
– Support community-based childcare services, caregiver support, and workforce development.
– Strengthen gender-responsive ECD systems and local government structures.
– Collaborate closely with government counterparts, CBOs, FBOs, women’s collectives, and childcare providers to ensure quality implementation.
– Contribute to monitoring, evaluation, adaptive learning, and program reporting.
