Overview:
Provide technical and programmatic support to the Early Detection of Breast Cancer Program, focusing on national-level planning, documentation, reporting, and M&E activities in Zanzibar.

Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate monthly work plans, national activity budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes in collaboration with Ministry of Health counterparts.
– Compile monthly, quarterly, annual, and donor reports.
– Provide M&E support in Zanzibar: data collection, cleaning, reconciliation across HMIS platforms, and tracking program indicators.
– Support Clinical Breast Examination (CBE) training, mentorship, quality improvement, and continuum of care tracking.

Qualifications:
– Degree in Medicine is desirable or equivalent.
– 3–4 years experience supporting public health programs (women’s cancer experience highly preferred).
– Experience with health information systems, HMIS data cleaning, and M&E procedures.
– Familiarity with Mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar health structures.
– Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
