Job Summary:
Lead and manage tele sales and digital support operations by driving customer acquisition, sales conversion, service excellence, and digital channel adoption. Optimize customer engagement across contact center platforms and digital support channels.
Key Accountabilities:
– Tele sales Strategy & Revenue Growth (30%): Develop and execute tele sales strategies; drive acquisition of new customers and growth of retail banking products; monitor conversion rates; manage pipelines to hit targets; support digital loan onboarding.
– Digital Support & Customer Experience (30%): Oversee customer support across mobile app, internet banking, agency banking, ATM, cards, and USSD; drive onboarding/activation; resolve access/transaction issues; track usage trends.
– Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement (20%): Implement operational procedures, scripts, and workflows; utilize analytics to monitor productivity; drive automation and operational cost reduction.
– Team Leadership & Capability Development (10%): Lead, coach, and train tele sales and support teams; set performance objectives; conduct product knowledge sessions.
– Stakeholder Management & Collaboration (10%): Collaborate across product, operations, marketing, credit, and IT units; prepare management reports on sales and service trends.
Education & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
– 5–7 years experience in banking operations, telesales, digital banking support, or contact center management.
– Strong understanding of retail banking products, lending, and digital financial services.
