BAKERY CHEF
We are a fast-growing restaurant and specialty coffee cafe committed to delivering exceptional products and operating to high international professional standards. We are seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Bakery Chef to lead our baking operations, craft high-quality baked goods, and maintain top-tier kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, bake, and present a wide variety of high-quality breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty baked goods following standardized recipes.

Ensure all baked products meet international standards of taste, appearance, texture, and freshness.

Manage bakery section inventory, monitor ingredients usage, estimate daily requirements, and minimize wastage.

Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety protocols in accordance with international kitchen regulations.

Experiment with new techniques and seasonal recipes to elevate the cafe’s bakery menu offerings.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Bakery Chef, Pastry Chef, or Baker in a reputable cafe, restaurant, or hotel setting.

Language: Full fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.

Skills: Expertise in artisanal baking techniques, pastry preparation, recipe scaling, and commercial kitchen equipment operation.
