The primary role of the Maintenance Supervisor is to lead the maintenance function of a modern poultry feed mill, ensuring high equipment reliability, minimal downtime, effective preventive and corrective maintenance, and safe execution of engineering work across a 24/7 operation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance across shifts.
- Lead maintenance of pellet presses, mixers, conveyors, elevators, boilers, compressors, packing lines and other process equipment.
- Develop preventive maintenance, lubrication and condition-monitoring programmes.
- Manage breakdown response, critical equipment coverage, spares and maintenance performance.
- Enforce HSE, lock-out/tag-out, permit-to-work and maintenance SOP requirements.
- Lead and develop engineering staff, manage rosters and training, and report on downtime, maintenance activity and costs.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial or continuous-process environments.
- At least 2 years’ experience supervising a maintenance team in a shift-based or 24/7 production environment.
- Feed mill/process-equipment experience is highly preferred.
- Hands-on preventive maintenance, breakdown response, spares management and
- CMMS/maintenance-system experience.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, English communication and maintenance KPI knowledge.
