World Vision seeks a Relationship Officer Supervisor for Group Lending in Tanzania. Supervise field credit teams, group formation, and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily activities of group lending Relationship Officers
- Visit and verify newly formed client groups before loan approval
- Ensure 100% on-time loan collection and enforce zero tolerance against missed payments
- Identify staffing and training needs, coaching team members for growth
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and analytics
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Economics, Agribusiness, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years’ sales and credit experience with 1 year coaching teams
- Proficient in MS Office suite and financial analytics
