Tabono Consult seeks a NOC Representative / Account Manager in Tanzania. Oversee Network Operations Center support, client SLAs, and system checkouts.
Job Summary
Act as the vital link between customer premises and field operations, managing customer relationships and ensuring the effective delivery of Network Operations Center (NOC) operational services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the NOC representative at the client’s premises
- Monitor client solutions and ensure equipment operates optimally
- Create and escalate fault tickets to applicable vendors and ensure timely closure
- Provide second-level technical support and conduct system checkouts
- Prepare daily operational KPI reports, weekly performance reports, and monthly summaries
Qualifications & Competencies
- University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering
- Ability to identify and analyse engineering data of significant depth
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills
